Tuition and Fees

Transitional Kindergarten · Kindergarten through 5th Grade · Middle School (6th-8th grades)

For monthly tuition drafts, reenrolled students will make 12 payments equal to 1/12 of annual tuition; and for new enrollees after June 1st, payments will be determined by months remaining in the school multiplied by 1/10th annual tuition per month remaining (ie: enrollment in August will be a 10 pay plan at 10/10s of tuition and enrollment in January will be a 5 pay plan at 5/10s of annual tuition, or half the annual tuition).
The late charge after the last day of the month is $10.
Initial payments for all payment plans are due by June 1^st, and considered late on July 1^st.
The charge for returned checks is $25.
There is an activity fee which varies by grade level charged to each student.
All Monthly payments must be made according to a Draft Authorization form. Any checks received for tuition will be charged a $20 check processing fee.

The registration fee is due after the screening at the time a child is accepted to BCCA to reserve a place. For families enrolling after June 1st, registration fees and the first payment (monthly, annual or semi-annual) is due before guarantee a place is reserved and guaranteed for the student.
For returning students the registration fee must be paid in full by April 17^th.
$350 Registration Fee is non-refundable.

The one time application fee of $90 (TK-5th) and $125(6th-8th) is due with the child’s application.
In cases where additional screening is required, parents will be responsible to pay
the fee.
